We have a more than generous returns policy that goes beyond the standard E-Bay standards of on-line shopping. Our returns policy is not as generous on E-Bay as we only offer faulty manufacture returns or goods not as described when you purchase there.
If you purchase from this shop the following forms our returns policy:
Faulty Manufacture or goods not as described
We will accept returns for Exchange or Refund if the item has a manufacturing fault. There will be a process involved with such a return, but we will try and make that as painless as possible. No returns or exchange wll be given for poor workmanship on your part or incorrect fitment.
The process
(1) Send us an E-mail explaining what happened. A few replies back and forth should sort out if you are eligable for refund/exchange.
(2) Send the goods back
(3) We will inspect the items and maybe make contact again for further clarification and then make a determination if exchange or refund is applicable. If time is of the essence, you can purchase another item and wait for a refund after the process is complete.

If you chose the
wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct one. Simply return the item in pristine condition and we will dispatch the correct item. You will need to pay postage, any price difference and restocking/repackaging cost as applicable (generally 10%). We will sort that out via e-mail or phone.

If you changed your mind or simply don't want the item we will refund your money at a cost to you. Simply return the item in pristine condition and we will refund you the cost, less the postage & less 20% for re-stocking, handling and re-packaging.
